Signs of spring are showing up in the garden and in the galleries. Be sure to visit your local art galleries this year.   This site is designed to showcase the original fine art I create in my studio each year. It is a priviledge to share my art with patrons, clients and friends.
    My own joy is being able to devote many hours to what I love to do - and that is paint.  Nature continues to provide a powerful catalyst in the evolution of my work. There is always that moment when light falls on a subject in just such a way that the ordinary becomes extraordinary. Then the creative spark ignites the painting process.
 

 
   Exciting color comes from direct observation and there is nothing finer than being out and painting on location.
